Summerview Development Group was developed following decades in the home building industry. Both Andrew LaSala and Steven Berko created a development group that believes in building communities. The center of their focus is to show that the construction industry is committed to quality and integrity—every day, in every detail.
For more than 25 years, Andrew and Steven have built their reputations on craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Each is the recipient of many Home Building Industry awards. Andrew has served as President of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County (HBRA).
Summerview Development Group is the recipient of the 2010 Community of the Year Award for Summerview Square from the Home Builders Association of Connecticut. Summerview Development Group is also the 2010 winner of two prestigious Home Building Industry “HOBI” awards from the HBACT for Best Rental Community and Best Rental Unit for Summerview Square.
